It’s hard to put a value on a project like the Ford GT. As a car that’s been buried in praise from motoring journos around the globe, compared favourably with the likes of Ferrari’s 430 and just generally lionised, it’s surely a roaring success. Unfortunately, the GT is knocked together at Ford’s Wixom plant, which is one of the facilities due for the chop next year under Ford’s “Way Forward” rescue plan…
