Super saloon’s V10 breaks radio silence
Ahhh…We love the smell of a V10 engine in the morning. The Audi fanatics over at Fourtitude have been set loose in the German outfit’s new Lamborghini-powered S8 uber saloon. And they’ve committed the whole thing to video. Time for a naughties remake of Ronin, that classic car porn-laden 90s heist movie?
Audi’s S8 may not be the fastest heavy metal German super saloon. It may not even be the best. But ever since the original V8-powered S8 appeared in the Robert De Nero vehicle Ronin, it’s damn well been the coolest. With a positively evil sounding Gallardo-derived 450bhp V10, the all new second generation S8 surely keeps the S8 at the top of the table for get-away car chic.
