"Super Enzo" could be next Ferrari supercar

Courtesy of some snaps of a modded Enzo, Autoweek has recently speculated that Ferrari is preparing an even more extreme version of its current hero car. The uprated ultracar could be powered by a 6.5-litre, 660bhp V-12. Or perhaps, a 6.8-litre lump.  Your guess is as good as Autoweek’s. However, the US title also acknowledges that Ferrari has committed to a limited production run of just 399 Enzos. So, we’ll do a bit of tea-leaf reading of our own and suggest that what these pictures actually show is the first embryonic evidence of the F60 project. Recently, Ferrari has gone on record to emphasise how important the 288 GTO, F40, F50 and F60 have been to the company’s image. So, whatever this particular beast truly is, you can be sure F60 development is well under way.
